Black bean, Corn and Pepper Salsa

Black beans, red pepper, green pepper and corn mixed in with garlic, cilantro, lime and extra virgin olive oil.

This is a great quick & easy appetizer or side dish! It's super easy to make and very flavorful. This dish is great served with tortilla chips. Hope you enjoy :)

Salsa (serves 4)


1/2 cup of red pepper (diced)

1/2 cup of green pepper (diced)

1/2 frozen corn

1 can of black beans (drained)

2 garlic cloves (grated)

Cilantro (chopped)

1/4 of a lime

1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil


1. Drain the can of beans and pour it in to a bowl. Add in the corn, red peppers, green peppers.

2. Grate in the garlic, squeeze in the lime, and add the cilantro and extra virgin olive oil.

3. Mix everything together and enjoy!
